1. 服务范围
AlongWalk 汇集公开招聘信息，提供筛选、历史 sponsorship 信号、AI 辅助匹配、简历辅助和申请记录。Closed alpha 可能随时调整、暂停或终止。
2. 不是招聘、移民或专业顾问服务
我们不是雇主、招聘机构、律师、移民顾问或就业介绍机构，不代表任何雇主，也不保证面试、录用、签证、sponsorship 或信息完整性。历史 LCA、网页文字和模型判断仅是参考；申请前必须向雇主核实岗位、资格、薪资、地点及工作授权要求。
3. 招聘信息和外部链接
职位可能来自雇主 career page 或第三方公开来源，可能延迟、重复、过期或错误。职位权利属于其发布者。外部网站有自己的条款和隐私政策；访问、申请和向第三方提交资料由你自行决定。
4. AI 输出与简历
模型可能遗漏事实或产生错误。你必须审阅所有推荐、摘要、评分、简历和 cover letter，并对最终提交内容负责。不得使用本服务虚构学历、经历、技能、身份或工作授权。匹配排序不是就业决定，也不得被视为对个人能力的最终评价。
5. 账户和用户资料
你应提供准确资料、保护密码并仅使用自己的账户。你保留 CV、简历、反馈和申请记录的所有权，同时授予我们仅为提供、保护和改善你所使用服务所必需的有限许可。我们不会在未另行取得明确同意的情况下用你的私人职业资料训练通用模型。
6. 可接受使用
不得违法使用、攻击或过载服务、绕过访问限制、共享邀请码或账户、批量复制数据库、逆向获取非公开数据、冒充他人或雇主、传播恶意代码，或在未经雇主和用户授权的情况下自动提交申请。我们可为安全、滥用或违反条款暂停账户。
7. 费用、自愿支持与退款
当前 closed alpha 免费。任何“答谢作者”付款均为自愿的一次性数字产品支持，不影响功能、排序或资格，也不是可抵税的慈善捐赠。付款功能启用后，Waffo Pancake 将作为 Merchant of Record 处理结账、税务和付款资料，其条款也适用。除法律要求、重复扣款、未经授权交易或未交付的数字权益外，已完成的自愿支持通常不退款；如提供付费订阅，具体价格、续费、取消和退款条件将在结账前显示，且不限制不可放弃的消费者权利。
8. 知识产权
AlongWalk 的软件、界面、品牌、原创文本和排序逻辑归我们或许可方所有。除正常个人求职使用外，不授予复制、转售、再许可或创建竞争性数据库的权利。
9. 服务与责任限制
在法律允许范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用”提供，不保证持续可用、无错误或适合特定目的。我们不对就业结果、错过机会、雇主行为、第三方网站、模型错误或间接、附带、特殊及后果性损失负责。我们的累计责任以你在索赔前 12 个月实际支付的金额或 100 美元（取较高者）为上限。法律禁止限制的责任、故意不当行为或重大过失不受此限制。
10. 赔偿、终止和变更
因你违法、侵权、虚假资料或违反本条款而产生的第三方索赔，你应在法律允许范围内承担相应责任。你可停止使用并请求删除账户；我们可因安全、违法或重大违约限制服务。重大变更会在产品内提示，继续使用即表示接受更新；不接受时应停止使用。
11. 争议与一般条款
强制适用的消费者法优先。本条款不排除你依法享有的权利。若部分条款无效，其余部分继续有效。生产发布前将根据最终运营主体所在地补充适用法律和争议地。

1. The Service
AlongWalk aggregates public job information and provides filtering, historical sponsorship signals, AI-assisted matching, resume assistance, and application tracking. The closed alpha may change, pause, or end at any time.
2. No recruiting, immigration, or professional advice
We are not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, lawyer, immigration adviser, or placement service; we do not represent employers and do not guarantee interviews, employment, visas, sponsorship, or completeness. Historical LCA data, page text, and model conclusions are signals only. Verify each role, qualification, salary, location, and work-authorization requirement directly with the employer before applying.
3. Listings and third-party sites
Jobs may come from employer career pages or other public sources and may be delayed, duplicated, expired, or inaccurate. Listing rights remain with their publishers. External services have their own terms and privacy practices; you decide whether to visit, apply, or submit data to them.
4. AI outputs and application materials
Models can omit facts or produce errors. You must review every recommendation, summary, score, resume, and cover letter and are responsible for anything submitted. Do not use the Service to fabricate education, experience, skills, identity, or work authorization. Rankings are not employment decisions or final judgments of ability.
5. Accounts and user content
Provide accurate information, protect your password, and use only your own account. You own your CV, resume, feedback, and application records and grant us only the limited license needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service you use. We will not train a general-purpose model on private career materials without separate, explicit consent.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service unlawfully; attack or overload it; bypass access controls; share accounts or invite codes; bulk-copy the database; reverse-engineer nonpublic data; impersonate a person or employer; distribute malware; or automatically submit applications without the user’s and employer’s authorization. We may suspend access for security, abuse, or violations.
7. Fees, optional support, and refunds
The closed alpha is currently free. Any “support the creator” payment is a voluntary, one-time digital-product support purchase that does not change features, ranking, or eligibility and is not a tax-deductible charitable donation. When payments are enabled, Waffo Pancake will act as Merchant of Record for checkout, taxes, and payment data, and its terms will also apply. Except where law requires otherwise, completed voluntary support is generally non-refundable unless duplicated, unauthorized, or the promised digital benefit is not delivered. Any future subscription will disclose price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before checkout without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.
8. Intellectual property
AlongWalk software, interface, branding, original text, and ranking logic belong to us or our licensors. Normal personal job-search use does not grant a right to copy, resell, sublicense, or build a competing database.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation. We are not liable for employment outcomes, missed opportunities, employer conduct, third-party sites, model errors, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. This does not limit liability that law does not permit us to limit, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
10. Indemnity, termination, and changes
To the extent allowed by law, you are responsible for third-party claims caused by your unlawful conduct, infringement, false information, or breach. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may restrict service for security, illegality, or material breach. Material updates will be announced in-product; if you disagree, stop using the Service.
11. General terms
Mandatory consumer law controls. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Governing law and venue will be completed for the final operating entity before production launch.
